We are excited to welcome a new Coach to Social Impact Advisors!
Brittney Patton is a skilled facilitator, with several years of experience leading and strengthening teams and individuals alike. Brittney holds a Bachelor of Recreation and Leisure Studies with a focus on Community Recreation and a Master of Arts in Applied Health Sciences. She is passionate about working with marginalized populations, community development and outdoor recreation.
Brittney will contribute to Social Impact Advisors’ work with Newcomers projects, supporting Local Immigration Partnerships across the country, as well as coaching Collectives to develop their Theory of Change. Alongside her work with SIA, Brittney will retain her roles as Coordinator of the Caledon Youth Voice Collective, and as a Research Assistant at Brock University, collecting data on newcomer youth in sport.
