We are excited to welcome back the Rexdale Food Justice Collective, a Youth Collective Impact group funded by Laidlaw and led by FoodShare Toronto.
We are also excited to kick off our Strategic Planning work with the Causeway Work Centre.
We are looking forward to working with PolicyWise again, as they use evidence-informed policy and practice to improve child, family and community well-being. We are kicking off our Impact Measurement work with them this month.
The Bay Area Climate Change Council, led by the Mohawk Centre for Climate Change Management, has reconvened its Burlington and Hamilton organizations to complete Collective Impact planning work towards achieving its GHG reduction objectives.
We are thrilled to have kicked off an innovative co-design program with United Way Halton & Hamilton and ten of their agencies funded with multi-year operational and systems-change Root Funding:
