|Innoweave Impact and Strategic Clarity Applications Due October 1, 2021|
Impact and Strategic Clarity is a foundational Innoweave stream that supports organizations in the nonprofit sector to focus on the impact they intend, develop strategy to achieve it (using a Theory of Change), and build strategic priorities for the short and medium term. Strategic Clarity will be essential as charities and non-profits adjust to the new reality. Alongside the work your organization is doing to respond to the urgency of the pandemic, this module offers an opportunity for those who can allocate time and attention to longer range planning to hone in on your organization’s most important goals and how to achieve them. We can help navigate the options and support your team in planning and decision-making. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the conversation.
