
Lynn Fergusson, MBA – Co-Founder
Lynn leverages her strong corporate foundation from 16 years in various leadership roles at GE. As a result, she approaches her work from a strategic and data-driven perspective, with the end in mind. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration from Ivey, a Master in Business Administration from Schulich, and a Certificate in Adult Training & Development from OISE, University of Toronto. Lynn also teaches an experiential course at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, in Strategic Philanthropy & Leadership, where she has also taught Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability. Lynn is an engaging and approachable leader and facilitator. She’s known for gently pushing clients to higher impact.

Sally Fazal, MBA – Principal & Co-Founder
Sally leverages 25 years of strategic senior leadership experience in corporate, community, academic, and public sector settings, with broad experience in strategy, organizational design, and change management. Sally holds a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at Western University, and a certificate in Restorative Justice from Simon Fraser University. Sally is a collaborative leader known for asking tough questions and making the most of those answers. She enjoys working across multiple levels and sectors to synthesize great ideas, strengthen strategy, and support implementation that makes real change.

Brittney Patton, MA – Associate
Brittney brings her expertise as a skilled team facilitator known for building engagement and camaraderie amongst teams, to get to solutions. Brittney holds a Masters of Arts in Applied Health Sciences along with a Bachelor in Community Recreation and Leisure Studies from Brock University. She holds a certificate in Community Asset-Based Development and is passionate about building a strategy that acknowledges the diverse needs of communities and individuals. As such, Brittney encourages clients to include the voices of individuals with lived experience in their strategic planning process. An expert in community development and youth leadership, Brittney brings a passion for working with underserved populations.

Rania Younes – Senior Associate
Rania has 17 years of experience and solid skills in client and stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, inclusive design, and research. Throughout the span of her career in strategic communication, not-for-profit operations, and business development, and her studies at OCADU in Strategic Foresight and Innovation, she has developed a flexible and inclusive approach to client engagements and has worked with multiple equity-seeking organizations, communities, and groups to plan, build, and design for impact. Rania will be joining us as a Senior Associate and is working towards her Innoweave Impact and Strategic Clarity coach certification.
