We are keen to be working with the Sustainability Network on their Vision 2030 to define where the ENGO community needs and wants to be in the next 10 years, and what capacity challenges and gaps need to be addressed to get there. We’re hopeful to be able to gather in the Spring, for a final in-person working session of ENGOs across Canada.
We’re glad to be returning to support the Halton Youth Collective Program, led by the Oakville Community Foundation under the Halton Region Community Safety and Wellbeing table. This is the second year of a pilot program to support youth transitioning from care with Halton CAS, and the collective is supporting this pilot while simultaneously turning its attention to the systems changes needed to support more CAS youth being satisfied with their employment, education and training
Congratulations to TAF (The Atmospheric Fund) for rolling out their final grant round of ‘21, providing additional support to potential grantees through our online on-demand Designing Climate Action Programs for Impact course and coaching. We look forward to more organizations participating in the 2022 grant rounds. (Hey, are you working on reducing GHGs? Reach out and we’ll get you connected to see if this course might be a good fit for you).
