Designing Climate Action Programs for Impact
This course is offered to The Atmospheric Fund partners and prospective grantees, providing capacity building through short video instruction, worksheets and coaching sessions with SIA, to help organizations plan effective climate actions and initiatives. The core content includes:
- identifying the impact of your program;
- developing a draft Theory of Change, linking actions to outcomes that create impact;
- identifying program measures, capturing measurement and project evaluation;
- coaching calls to provide actionable feedback on your program design and evaluation.
