Our experience at CMHA Vernon and District in working with Sally Fazal was inspiring, motivating and grounding.  Sally kept our senior management team on task as we envisioned and created our Theory of Change.  The process required a lot of deeper conversations about our organizations’ goals and our accountability in reaching them.  With such a diverse management team, Sally was able to help us focus on our priorities and develop an extensive presentation which was both educational and informative for our board of directors.  We used our Theory of Change and Intended Impact documents to guide our Board/Management retreat, which will hold us on task for the next 3 years.  Any organization would benefit from the time and investment to work with Sally and her team of coaches.
